What is important for every Christian?
Growth and development.
For this is God’s plan for our lives – our development in all important areas: physical and emotional, social and spiritual. Because that simply does us and the people around us good.
Why is it important that we grow the way God wants us to?
There are many challenges in our world
- human trafficking
- pollution of the environment
The local church.
God's chosen tool to bring healing in all areas of life
– Colossians 1:15–19
We often suffer from false (theological) worldviews.
These prevent us from living God's message in a way that positively changes our society.
What role do my world view / thought patterns play?
Our world view becomes visible in our everyday actions, in our laws and in our systems. What applies to the individual also applies globally. Our thoughts paint our world.
Even when we come to believe in Christ, these worldviews often still work unnoticed by us.
Important question then:
What are these assumptions/thinking patterns/belief bases and how did they find their way into our system of thinking and values (basis of our actions and judgements)?
And even more important:
How does God see us in our world, the challenges and the answers?

Local RealityCheck Study Group
Again and again we offer local study groups. Currently our meetings take place in Cologne. We are very interested in establishing a network in the German-speaking area (D/A/CH) so that as many study groups as possible can be offered.
If you are interested in offering a local study group, please contact us via our contact form.
The content of the study groups is based on the course materials listed above, which will be worked on together. In addition, there will be room for exchange, joint meals and further film evenings. If you have any questions or would like to register, please use our contact form.
